We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-obsessed B2B Lead Generation Strategist who understands how to build pipelines across LinkedIn, cold email, newsletters, SEO content, communities, and outbound workflows.
This is not a "spray and pray" lead gen role.
This is a precision marketing + growth strategy role.
You'll be responsible for:
- Crafting ICPs and messaging
- Building outbound workflows
- Running multi-channel campaigns
- Using AI agents, tools, and automations
- Driving high-intent discovery calls for Myntmore and its clients

๐ง What You'll Do
Lead Generation (Core Responsibility)
- Build and execute multi-channel lead gen systems (LinkedIn + cold email + content-led inbound + communities)
- Generate qualified leads, nurture them, and move them to booked calls
- Work with the founder and GTM team to keep the pipeline full at all times
ICP + Messaging
- Create target lists, ICPs, buyer triggers, and value propositions that drive better-quality leads
- Write personalised outbound messages that actually convert
LinkedIn + Cold Email Execution
- Run outreach via AI agents + enrichment tools
- Manage domain health, deliverability, sequencing, and outreach volume
- Use tools like Apollo, Clay, instantly, Waalaxy, Snov, SalesQL, etc.
Content-Led Demand Gen
- Support in creating inbound content angles that drive lead enquiries
- Sync with the content team so outbound + content push the same audience
Analytics & Optimisation
- Track:
- leads generated
- reply rates
- booking rates
- channel performance
- Optimise messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy to keep increasing lead volume
