The plan for bringing a product to market: which customers to target, what value to promise them, how to price it, and which sales and marketing channels will reach them.
In B2B, a GTM strategy answers four questions before any campaign runs: who exactly is the buyer, what problem are they feeling right now, why choose you over the alternatives, and which channel reaches them best, whether that's cold email, LinkedIn, events, or partners. Skipping it is why so many outbound campaigns send plenty of messages and get very few replies.
