Definition
The day-to-day work of running a go-to-market plan: building lists, launching outreach, booking meetings, and adjusting targeting and messaging based on real results.
Strategy decides the target and the message; execution is where it meets real prospects. Good execution runs on short feedback loops: launch to a small segment, read reply and meeting-booked rates within a couple of weeks, and change the list or the message before scaling, rather than committing a full quarter to an untested plan.
