Definition
An outreach sequence that contacts the same prospect across several channels, such as email, LinkedIn, and phone, in a coordinated order, rather than relying on one channel alone.
Prospects don't all live in the same inbox: some ignore email but answer LinkedIn messages, others are the reverse. A coordinated sequence, for example a LinkedIn connection, then an email, then a follow-up that references both, raises the odds of reaching each person, as long as every touch adds something new rather than repeating the same pitch louder.
